To effectively organize this condition, many contractors initiate to implement knowledge management concept. In addition to organizing the knowledge, knowledge management is also expected to provide positive effect for enhancing the organizational performance. The main purpose of this research is to determine the impact of knowledge management on contractor performance by means of analyzing the relationship between maturity and capability level of knowledge management. The impact of knowledge management on contractor performance was analyze using path analysis method, whereby the relationship between maturity and capability level of knowledge management was analyzed using regression linier method. Knowledge capability model in this research was developed based on the capability model proposed by Andrew Gold with additional variable which is contractor performance. Retained earnings was selected as a financial performance indicator, while loyal and new customer was selected as non-financial performance. The knowledge maturity model was adapted from Kulkarny as the selected reference. The result shows that knowledge management has a positive impact on contractor performance, for both financial and non-financial performance, such as benefit of asset and equity growth and also the amount of loyal customer. Furthermore, this research also indicated that maturity level has only marginally impacted knowledge management capability, with factor of 7.28%. text
