Description
Summary:30 floor Apartment, in Depok, is a vertical building that has various functions including residential, boarding school and dormitory. This apartment has 30 floors and three basement floors. The retaining wall used for basement excavation construction is diaphragm wall using ground anchor reinforcement that qualified design criteria including deflection and safety factors. The retaining wall is analyzed manually or by using software based on finite element, namely PLAXIS 2D. Modeling of retaining walls generate analysis of stability, deflection and internal force. In addition, the walls were also analyzed seismically using three methods such as pseudostatic, Mononobe-Okabe, and Wood. From the analysis, the excavation construction was carried out in five stages using two ground anchors. Then the foundation used to support the apartment building is a deep foundation with a type of bored pile with a depth of 13 meters, that grouped into group pile. The foundation is designed with design criteria including bearing capacity and settlement. The software used for pile foundation analysis is GROUP PILE to get the load received by the pile foundation and LPILE to calculate the lateral capacity of the pile. Reinforcement of foundation and diaphragm wall accordance with the regulation of SNI 2847- 2013 concerning Procedures for Planning Concrete Structures for Building Buildings.
