Description
Summary:Green Ribbon Mixed-Use Building was planned to be built in Manggarai Station area, South Jakarta, with transit oriented development (TOD) concept. This building consists of 2 basement floors and 20 upper structure floors which function as apartements and lifestyle center. The structural design of this building uses dual system which consists of special moment resisting system and special structural wall system according to SNI 1726-2012 to withstand earthquakes in South Jakarta. Seismic analysis was carried out by a one-step analysis with response spectrum method. Then, this building was designed using reinforced concrete material in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia, namely SNI 2847-2013. The final results of the design are dimensions and reinforcements of structural elements, namely beams, columns, beam-column joints, and shear walls. In addition, there are chord reinforcements that will be placed in the semi-rigid diaphragms.
