The structural design of this building uses dual system which consists of special moment resisting system and special structural wall system according to SNI 1726-2012 to withstand earthquakes in South Jakarta. Seismic analysis was carried out by a one-step analysis with response spectrum method. Then, this building was designed using reinforced concrete material in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia, namely SNI 2847-2013. The final results of the design are dimensions and reinforcements of structural elements, namely beams, columns, beam-column joints, and shear walls. In addition, there are chord reinforcements that will be placed in the semi-rigid diaphragms. text |
