Description
Summary:PT Dirgantara Indonesia is a company which produce, market, sell, and distribute aerospace, defense and security things. One of its products is CN235 plane. The problem faced in CN235 production is production target cannot be achieved by PT Dirgantara Indonesia. This unachieved production target caused by operation standard time used for production planning is inaccurate. Final Assembly Line (FAL) CN235 division has already adjusted the standard time with multiplying standard time by two, which is the adjusting factor. Unfortunately, this adjustment is not really right because the deviation between actual time and adjusted standard time is still about 45% to 57% different from actual time. Standard time adjustment proposed methodology is using adjusting factor from its multiplier numbers and its operation characteristics. Multiplier numbers grouped with clustering method and operation characteristics grouped by general characteristics used by FAL division in PT Dirgantara Indonesia. The result is operations divided to seven operation group with adjusting value of 1.10, 2.04, 3.15, 4.68, 5.87, 7.14, and 31.36 based on its operation characteristic.
