Summary: | Financial technology or better known as fintech has become a complement or even disrupted
conventional financial services. In its application, it has been widely used in various sectors, for
example as payment gateways or as service providers. But until now there is no specific financial
technology platform used in the campus environment in order to assist students in various
activities. This Final Project utilizes a mobile application as a financial technology platform
within the campus that will be created. Tools that will be used are Android Studio and Firebase.
The specification of the Android device used to run this application at a minimum is Android API
15 Ice Cream Sandwich so that the feature runs 100% on the device. The first step is to identify
market opportunities followed by surveys. The survey results will then be used as the initial user
requirements to determine the features needed in the application. After that benchmarking on
several existing fintech platforms as an additional reference in designing business processes and
application workflows. Next is business design and application implementation. After the
application has been implemented, then the last step is testing. The test focuses on the performance
of application functionality carried out by the user survey method following the Quality of User
Experience standard consisting of ISO / IEC 25010: 2011 and ISO 9421-11: 2018. The results of
these tests indicate that users have been satisfied with the application's functionality and have also
found it easy to use. The presence of the fintech application on this campus also received a good
response from users because as many as 89.7% claimed to need this application. |
