The foundation serves to hold and channel the load given the upper structure to the base soil, while the retaining wall functions to hold the soil around the existing basement excavation. The stages of this final project are divided into two, namely starting from the planning of the foundation and followed by planning the retaining wall in the basement. The type of foundation used in this final project is drill pile foundation, while the type of soil retaining wall chosen is diaphragm wall. The foundation planning stage starts from the interpretation of land data according to the results of testing both direct testing and laboratory test results. Furthermore, the interpretation of the upper structure load will then determine the dimensions and configuration of the foundation to be used. After that, a large decrease in foundation and deflection is carried out on the foundation. The stages of planning the design of the retaining wall begin with the interpretation of soil data, then determine the depth of penetration of the retaining wall with manual calculations, then proceed with modeling the retaining wall using the program. Then check the value of safety factors for sliding, rolling, global stability and the collapse of excavation of the design used. Planning the design of drill pile foundation and retaining wall in this final project uses several assistance programs such as LPILE, GROUP, CSICol, Plaxis 2D 2017 and AutoCAD 2017. The outputs obtained from the planning of foundation and retaining walls are dimensions, reinforcement, and images technique." ABSTRACT 2: "Drainage design in an area must be based on calculations and analysis in accordance with applicable standards, so that the design can channel all the runoff of rainwater that falls in the area. The drainage system planned in this Final Project Design is surface drainage by using a planned rainfall log-pearson type III probability method for a 2 year return period. The design is carried out using the guide book for the Procedure for Arranging the Master Plan for the Urban Drainage System of the Ministry of Public Works of the Directorate General of Human Settlements, with the use of 10-year rainfall data sourced from the BMKG online site. The results of the design dimensions of the drainage channel used are type I size 0.4 mx 0.4 m, type II size 0.6 mx 0.6 m, and type III size 0.8 mx 0.8 m, with precast U concrete material -ditch." text |
