UPTAirMinumCimahiofficelocatedinCiteureup,NorthCimahi,CimahiCity,WestJava.Thesourceofclean waterusedbyUPTCimahidrinkingwatercomesfromtheriverCimahiwithaflowofwaterasmuchas50 literspersecond.BasedondatafromCimahiRPPLH,2017themostareathatneededcleanwaterisSouth Cimahi.AccordingtoBadanPusatStatisticCimahi(2017),SouthCimahistillnotreceivewatersupplyfromUPT AirMinumCimahi.AllthistimeSouthCimahihasbeenhelpedbyPDAMWestBandungandseveralwater resourcessuchaswellwater,rainwater,etc.TofulfillSouthCimahineededUPTAirMinumCimahiplantostart supplywaterforthemin2020andtosupplywaterUPTAirMinumCimahineedtobuildnewinstallationwater thatcanbeusedbySouthCimahi Thepurposeofthisresearchistofindhowmuchthetotalinitialinvestmentthatwillbeneededtoexecutethis project,howmuchcostandrevenuethatcanbegainfromthisprojectandalsohowfeasiblethisprojecttobe executebyseethenetpresentvalue,InternalRateofReturnandPaybackperiodfromthisproject.This researchusedsensitivityanalysistoseetheriskoftheprojectiftheprojectexecuteatsomecondition.There arethreeapproachthatusedinthisresearch,thefirstoneisMost-likelyapproach,PessimisticApproachand thelastoneisOptimisticApproach.Thenetpresentvalue(NPV)forthemost-likelyonewhichistheonethat willbeuseispositivewithvalueIDR187,706,444,992andtheinternalrateofreturn(IRR)alsohigherthatits minimumattractiverateofreturn(MARR)withpercentage26.07%.Thepaybackperiodfromthemost-likely approachforthisprojectis6yearswhichmeanstheinitialinvestmentcanbereturnedin6years.UPTAir MinumCimahishouldexecutethisprojectbutTheCompanyshoulddecidethebestmarketpenetration strategytoattractcustomerbecauseinSouthCimahitheystillnothavecustomerandconsidersomeof SouthCimahiresidentalreadyusedPDAMBandungservicesthecompanyshouldthinkcarefullyandfindthe rightwaytoapproachcustomer text
