Summary:The food industry is one of the promising industries for small business people in Bandung. The food or culinary industry in Bandung develops up to 10% every year and will continue to increase until the next few years. The culinary industry in Bandung is different and depending on the products offered. With the potential market that is quite big the company plans to open a store in order to expand its target buyers and maximize company profits. The purpose of this feasibility analysis is to find out the feasibility of the company's plan to open a store by using capital budgeting analysis by calculating the return period, net present value, profitability index, and internal rate of return. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis is carried out from several variables that directly affect the company's cash flow. This study also simulates the possible results that will be generated using the Monte Carlo simulation with 1000 different scenarios.
