With the potential market that is quite big the company plans to open a store in order to expand its target buyers and maximize company profits. The purpose of this feasibility analysis is to find out the feasibility of the company's plan to open a store by using capital budgeting analysis by calculating the return period, net present value, profitability index, and internal rate of return. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis is carried out from several variables that directly affect the company's cash flow. This study also simulates the possible results that will be generated using the Monte Carlo simulation with 1000 different scenarios. text
