Summary: | The newspaper industry is an industry that is still in demand by Indonesians
in general. But there has been a decline in demand from the public for
newspaper in past 5 years. PT Pikiran Rakyat is one of the leading print media
companies, especially in West Java. The declining demand also affects PT
Pikiran Rakyat. This condition also affects the performance of the company
in general and influencing the performance of employees at PT Pikiran
Rakyat. This also affects the engagement of employees to the company.
Based on the problems that occur in PT Pikiran Rakyat, researchers aim to
find significant factors of employee engagement towards employee
performance.
This study uses quantitative methods to analyze and also identify the results
of the data that has been collected which will then be identified further to be
a recommendation for this study. The results of this study will show
significant factors of employee engagement that directly influence the
performance of employees at PT Pikiran Rakyat.
The results of this study are recommendations from the significant factors of
employee engagement on employee performance at PT Pikiran Rakyat which
can help improve the performance of PT Pikiran Rakyat employees |
