In the last three years digital banks in Indonesia have been more highly developed than other Asian countries. Conventional banks are quite numerous in Indonesia, including regional banks, but do not change the fact that the development of digital technology-based banks is quite rapid. The purpose of this study uses four basic theories as a benchmark for the intention of users to use digital banks to look for usage factors there are Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT 2) and Theory Planning Behavior (TPB). By conducting two research approaches so that the results can be optimized because the data obtained is complementary for primary data collection. Therefore it is conducted qualitatively by using in-depth interviews in order to get a broader variable, which is where manual coding is done to analyze the results obtained from in-depth interviews. Then follow the concept of triangulation methodology to validate using quantitative method by distributing questionnaires online. This study requires at least 399 respondents calculated using the Slovin Method, aimed at populations that have used digital banks with participants from Indonesia, especially at the age of 17 years - 35 years where residents who already have a residence identity until adulthood who are still active receive updated technology according to the target digital bank market. For analysis of data using Descriptive Analysis, Exploration Factor Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of in-depth interview research have eight factors, namely economic value, perceived ease of use, social influence, company reputation, promotion, features, curiosity, and gifts that are the intentions of users in using digital banks in Indonesia. However, after conducting further research using statistical analysis a significant positive effect on the intention to use digital in Indonesia is only for economic values, perceived ease of use, company reputation, features, and gifts. Which where social influence, promotion and curiosity is a significant negative influence on the user's intention to use digital banks in Indonesia. The study of digital banks is still limited, especially in Indonesia. This research can provide insight into the digital market of bank factors and to get a better understanding of intention to use can differ in each sector of its purpose. text
