TReKKa (Teknik Rekayasa Kereta Kapsul), ITB (especially mechanical engineering design center laboratory and product design), and also BAMEC (Bandung Mechatronic Center). Metro capsule will be produced on request after passed the test and certification. In accordance with product’s life cycle, metro capsule will enter the operation and maintenance phases. Therefore, a maintenance document is needed as a reference aimed at maintaining the reliability of metro capsules. This is also supported by the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 56 Tahun 2009 concerning the Implementation of Railways, particularly in BAB III Pasal 229 which states that metro capsule organizers are obliged to maintain railroad facilities to remain operationally feasible. Determination of maintenance tasks will be carried out using the reliabilitycentered maintenance (RCM) method. RCM presents a systematic mindset guide based on 7 stages of continuous questions to find the right maintenance task for an item. This method involves several resource speakers that related with metro capsule in order to fill ever step by step question. After the RCM method has been completed, the process to make procedure can be determined from the result of RCM decision worksheets. RCM decision worksheets contain the proposed maintenance task, the interval, and the person who will be responsible. The results of the RCM method produce RCM decision worksheet table for each level of the Sub-system and also a few pages of maintenance procedures for the Sub system of metro capsule. The format of maintenance’s procedure has been adjusted to the needs of the metro capsule’s provider. text
