On the other hand, Organizational Capital Readiness in 2017 and 2018 in the company is categorized as good, but there are no dimensions from 2017 to 2018. The success and performance of the company in achieving its targets are explained in depth by employee performance. In achieving company targets, employees face a variety of external and internal disturbances of individual employees. Psychosocial is a science that identifies the condition of an individual's external and internal environment. Therefore, this study aims to help improve company performance by analyzing psychosocial conditions in the company by COPSOQ III. In this study, Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) III measuring 45 psychosocial dimensions of 1000 employees of PT PLN (Persero). The results of company performance analysis in this study explain that the achievement of company targets is not externally due to changes in company policy. However, in setting policies there are weaknesses in management performance in planning and prediction. Furthermore, this study found that this weakness happens because the company can not maximization utilize the ability of employees because the influence of employees on their work is still low. Their work is lack of demanding exploration of ideas and decision making related to their work, causing employees to be passive and dependent on the leader. Therefore, to overcome these problems, it is necessary to build resilience skills through career resilience to create employees who are independent in working and facing changing challenges. In implementing the solution, the recommended program focuses on building mindfulness through staff leadership training activities, skills training for teams, innovation projects, maintaining coaching, and maintaining brainstorming activities. text |
