factor that makes passengers reluctant to use Juanda Airport is the frequent traffic
jams on the road that connects the city of Surabaya and the city of Malang. The
Pandaan - Malang toll road, which is part of the toll road that connects the city of
Surabaya and the city of Malang, was inaugurated in 2019 and expected to speed
up inter-city travel time and reduce congestion that often occurs.
In this research, identification of factors that influence the selection of airports and
the calculation of potential displacement of aircraft passengers at Abdulrachman
Saleh Airport will be carried out using Juanda Airport as a result of the operation
of the Surabaya - Malang toll road. This research uses quantitative methods and
logistic regression analysis to count probability selection Juanda Airport by
aircraft passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport. The results of this study
indicate that the factors that influence airport selection by all respondents starting
from the most important are travel time to airport, distance to airport, flight
schedule selection, and transportation costs to airport. Based on the results of the
logistic regression model and the calculation of the probability of airport selection,
the results show that the use of the Surabaya - Malang toll road is increasing
probability of choosing Juanda Airport by an average of 0.48% when compared to
conditions using non-toll roads. The results of the logistic regression model for
