The organizational culture that has been determined by the company must be translated into individual values for each employee because that is a change in the direction of business and company management. There, to measure their application of corporate culture, there is a measurement tool known as the Organizational Culture Health Index (OCHI). That's a tool to identify corporate culture and to improve company performance by using generic capabilities that will burden company employees. Based on this tool, the measurement of organisational culture health at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) released on May 2018, where "care" had the lowest point of 12% of the expected 20% value. One obstacle to failure to achieve is leadership. The objective of this research is to review the process of internalising the corporate culture carried out by change management and develop some activity program to internalise corporate culture to the stage ownership at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) by using exploratory study, disproportional stratified random sampling and qualitative data analysis. After conducting interviews with 15 Informants from all levels of employees in all work areas of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero), the results of qualitative data analysis obtained from how important the leader as role models were in implementing corporate culture. There were ineffective campaign techniques for all employees and some change management programs are no longer active and need to be updated. The atmosphere of the work environment also influences the creation of a corporate culture that is more "care" with fellow employees and consumers. text |
