Summary:The increasing number of residents who are Muslim in Palembang is not accompanied by equal distribution of the number and location of mosques, especially in the Jakabaring Sport City Region. Masijd Agung Sriwijaya is a fulfillment of the needs of the representative Muslim worship facilities for Palembang community to accommodate and complement religious, social and sports activities. It is necessary to design good management aspects in realizing this project both in terms of time, quality, and cost. Therefore, the scope of this Final Project generally includes making Work Breakdown Structures, planning implementation methods, calculating work volume, determining the schedule work based on productivity, and estimating project costs in detail for preparatory work, earthworks, lower structural work, upper structural work, and outdoor work. Work volume calculation is done using manual calculation. Determination of the duration of work is based on two factors, namely based on the lead resouces of heavy equipment and labor lead resources. The detailed cost estimation is carried out using two methods, namely the unit price using SNI and Permen PU No. 28 on 2016 and resource enumeration. The implementation of the Masjid Agung Sriwijaya project will take place from 1 July 2019 to 8 March 2021 with a total duration of 440 days or 13,3 months. Preparatory work was carried out for 39 days, lower structure work for 221 days, top structural work for 307 days, and outdoor work for 16 days. The project budget plan (RAB) is Rp86.123.991.959,- with a percentage of costs, namely 2,76% for preparatory work, 47,88% for lower structural work, and 48,14% for upper structural work, and 1,21% for outdoor work.
