The application of Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) method can be used to describe the economy as a complete system, for it consists of all aspect of transaction in a certain area, input-output transaction and social transaction. Due to limitation in data gathered, an approach in ratio of regional to national gross domestic product is take into account. Multiplier coefficient is presented in a complete square matrix form. With a development on gas sector, the regional and national gross domestic product will show an increase in a similar pattern.
