Summary: | Five levels of CPS in the era of Industry 4.0 are connection level, conversion level, cyber level, cognition level, and configuration level. Data obtained at connection level are processed to become useful information through a data analysis process that is applied at the level of the second CPS implementation, namely the conversion level. One of the information that can be generated from the analysis of data at the conversion level is the utilization time and the remaining life of machine tool components.
This research tries to create a monitoring system that monitors the utilization time of machine components and determines the method of analyzing data into information of utilization time of engine components and estimation of the remaining life of machine components in the form of visual graphics. The utilization time of the component is obtained by accumulating the intervals of start and end of actuator operation that moves each component. The remaining life of component is the substraction of component lifetime by the utilization time of component.
This research succeeded in creating a system that is used for future machine components and data analysis methods. The system successfully analyzes raw data in the form of monitoring data from the procurement section to become information about the period of use of the engine component and the estimated remaining life of the engine components and load the results on the interface for the user. |
