Summary:Indonesia’s urbanization rate in 2015 has reached 54% and is predicted to increase until 66% in 2035. To facilitate the mobilization of Indonesian, infrastructures such as port is needed. Since 2014 – 2018, the government of Indonesia has succeeded in building around 19 ports throughout Indonesia. In the building process, a good management system is needed, so the goals of the building process can be reached as expected. At writing this final project, the construction management of Moa Port will be designed. There are 2 alternative of construction management designs that can be applied to this port. That alternatives are 2 trestles are worked in series (alternative one) and 2 trestles are worked in parallel (alternative two). The scope of management design at this writing includes analysis of construction method, calculation of work volumes and their productivities, scheduling, and calculation of estimated construction costs. The construction management design for alternative one and alternative two then will be compared in all those design scopes. The results of the designs, it is found that work with alternative one takes 95 weeks and the cost is around Rp 112 billion while alternative two only takes 65 weeks and the cost is around Rp 110 billion. The budget obtained is influenced by time of equipment’s rent and hire the labor.
