Niki Barbershop is currently planning to expand its business. Seeing the opportunities that exist, Niki Barbershop plans to create its own product line treatment, which is the pomade type. This is also due to seeing the type of transaction that is stagnant and income that tends to stagnate when relying only on hair care services. By having its own hair care products, it is hoped that Niki Barbershop can increase its revenue and sustainability. The manufacture of product lines especially pomade is also related to the hair cutting services offered by Niki Barbershop, those are services with hair styling with pomade. Niki Barbershop wants to take the market opportunity that exists by releasing men's hair care products, namely pomade. The purpose of this research is to design pomade products that can meet consumer needs and generate customer satisfaction so that it can attract the market to buy Niki Barbershop's pomade products. To find out the needs that can increase customer satisfaction, the Kano model will be used. The methodology used for the product design process follows the stages of product development combined with the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results showed that there are 9 consumer needs that can affect customer satisfaction related to the quality of pomade products and 10 technical attributes to measure the needs of these consumers. The resulting design is in the form of product composition, product architecture which includes a process scheme, fundamental and incidental interactions, and the last is an examination of compliance with BPOM standards. text |
