INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/44210 The emergence of unmanaged waste completely encourages changes in behaviors to be more sustainable through EPR which can affect and be affected by consumption behaviors so that it becomes Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP). SCP can be implemented through the product’s life cycle since its creation, usage, until post-consumption through waste management. By the existence of Indonesia Law 18 of 2008, waste management becomes every stakeholder’s responsibility including government, community, and producer with the paradigm of reducing (3R) and waste handling. SCP can be realized when every stakeholder does each role and work together to intervene in the changes in behavior especially consumption behavior. This research aims to understand the roles of stakeholders in realizing SCP on the consumer goods sector in Indonesia. Policy content in roles and responsibilities of stakehodlers are analyzed with content analysis and stakeholder networking analysis based on interviews. Also, content analysis is used towards the FMCG sustainability report which in this research takes Unilever Indonesia as a case study. Behaviors of the community are analyzed with statistic descriptive analysis and association analysis based on questionnaires. The result of this research is the SCP’s joruney through ESR in Indonesia so that can be recommended on actions of realizing SCP in Indonesia text
