ISOLASI SENYAWA IDENTITAS DARI DAUN KELOR (MORINGA OLEIFERALAMK., MORINGACEAE)
Marker compounds are specific compounds present in plant with a high amount or are the dominan compound. The marker compound may be used as a reference in the determination of the content of an extract or used in the confirmation identity of a plant and standardization for herbal medicine. Moring...

This study was aimed to isolate the marker compound of kelor leaves other than quersetin. The study began with preparation, characterization, and phytochemical screening of crude drugs. Kelor leaves crude drugs were extracted by maceration method, using ethanol. The ethanol extract was fractionated by liquid-liquid extraction using nhexane and ethyl acetate as solvent. Ethyl acetat fraction was sub-fractionated by vacuum liquid chromatography (VLC). The selected sub-fraction from VLC was then sub-fractionated II by classical coloumn chromatography.
