Indonesia is one of a strategic country with the largest archipelago in the world. With its wide and strategic, Indonesia, especially in border area must face many threats includes human trafficking, illegal mining, smuggling, and sea piracy. Those issues can create fear and distrust in the International shipping line and could have a negative impact on the Indonesia economy.
Through government policies, Indonesia started to strengthen its border. One of them is using military patrol and developing several military border posts including small outer island border posts. These patrols are still using conventional methods by using sea and ground patrol. To maintaining broadly Indonesia border, the conventional method still does not effective and efficient. To answer that challenge, PT. XYZ, which provides defence and security solutions, captures this problem by providing an outer island defence border solution with a platform development approach. By using a platform as a basis for developing products, products will be planned to be created so that the product family can develop efficiently.
