Summary:This study aimed to improve access to learning tools using comprehensive methods at PT. XGH. To improve access to e-learning, this study analyzes the factors that influence employees in using e-learning and how e-learning can be implemented to accelerate the E-learning adoption. To find the relationship, this research used quantitative methods especially questionnaires in gathering primary and qualitative data such as literature studies, open-ended questions in questionnaires, internal company data, and previous research in collecting secondary data used for solutions. To analyze the data, researchers used the UTAUT framework and calculated influence analysis, outer models, and inner models using SPSS and SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that the factors affecting the employees of PT. XGH in using E-learning is Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Behavior Intention. In addition, the factor that has the biggest influence is the Facilitating Conditions and the factor that has the smallest influence is Social Influence. However, gender and age moderators did not influence the use of E-learning and all indicators forming variables had a positive effect. Based on the findings from the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, this study proposed a solution to accelerate the adoption of E-learning. Solutions include improving system compatibility that is adapted to the latest trends, minor or major improvements to the E-learning system, the formation of learning culture, and role model.
