Summary: | This final project discussed the dynamic of rise and fall an empire based on the area of power,
population, and number of military. The dynamic of this problem derived from compartemental
modelling that divided into three parts. The first part illustrates the dynamics of the expansion
and extraction of vast territories using single compartment. From this part estimated parameter
using historical data are obtained. The second and third part simulate the prediction of rise and
fall of an empire based on military expansion. The equilibrium and its stability for the second
and third part are obtained. As a case of study the Byzantine Empire data as well as Ottoman
Caliphate are compared. |
