Summary:Home Health Care is a business with bright prospects for the future. This business is needed to respond to the challenge of increasing health costs incurred to maintain the health status of the community, especially the elderly. This business can also solve the demographic change problem, where the proportion of children to parents is getting smaller. This makes fewer family members available to take care of their parents. Home Health care is designed to provide professional medical personnel to patients ' homes. Patients are allowed to stay at home instead of using public services. Home health care is seen as a solution to the needs of the rapidly growing elderly population. Prime Home Health care is developing strategies to win industry competitions. The study addresses marketing strategies and business strategies. The external and internal analyses will be used to evaluate marketing strategies. The internal analysis includes an STP analysis and Mix Marketing. The external analysis covers PESTEL analysis, Competitors analysis, and Customers analysis. An external and internal evaluation followed by Gap Analysis and SWOT analysis. Some of alternative approaches for the Prime Home Health Agency have been developed from this analysis. Alternate methods are selected based on the ability of the company to execute them. At the final stage, the approach is presented in the form of an implementation plan, so that it has a concrete and measurable value for the company.
