This study raised 3 types of leadership styles, namely: transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire leadership styles. Leadership style can cause feelings of satisfaction or dissatisfaction from employees. The role of leadership style and employee job satisfaction also applies to the coffee shop industry. Coffee shop. Researchers have chosen Dreezel Coffee Bandung as the object of research. First, this study uses quantitative method with the Multifactor leadership questionnaire to determine the leadership style currently being carried out, then for the next step, this study continue with the qualitative method to proceed with interviews to obtain more accurate data. Furthermore, researchers interpret the results of interviews with qualitative methods and validate the results of the interpretation by the triangulation method derived from observations and theories that have been there before. As a result, to maintain employee job satisfaction, company leaders must be able to provide feedback, appreciation, and direct examples to their employees. From the interviews, the majority of employees stated that the most suitable leadership style applied in the company was the transformational leadership style.
