Description
Summary:The purpose of this study is to determine the power plant performance indicators are most suitable for use in estimating power plant operation and maintenance costs. And to develop modeling the estimated operation and maintenance costs by using the power plant performance indicator that have been selected. The estimated operation and maintenance cost model developed in this study uses a causal forecasting method with linear regression. Where in this study it is assumed that the operation and maintenance cost variables have a mutually influential relationship or causality with the variable performance indicator. There are fourteen power plant performance indicators used in this study, namely reliability, AF, EAF, SF, POF, MOF, UOF, SOF, FOF, FOR, EFOR, NCF, NOF and EUOF. Then the correlation coefficient and determination data (r and r), and estimation error (MAD, MSE, and MAPE) are used to select the power plant performance indicator that are most appropriate in estimating plant operation and maintenance costs. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, determination, and estimation errors, it is obtained that NOF and EFOR are the most appropriate variables for estimating power plant operation and maintenance costs. Where the estimated cost equation is as follows : ???????????????????????????????????? ???????????????? = ?96,02 + (438,75 × ????????????) and ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????? = 108,60 (75,69× ????????????????). The estimation equation model developed in this study can be used to estimate the operation and maintenance costs of a 2 x 50 MW CFB power plant. And it is possible to be used in other types of plants.
