<b>Abstract :</b><p align="justify"> <br /> Improving productivity will implicate to increasing work performance and eventually increasing profitability. The way to increase performance of a company is to improve productivity of all management functional or work units within organization of the company and also productivity of the product they produced. <br /> <br /> This final project implements a performance measurement in a pipeline installation project using a multi criteria performance system called objective matrix (OMAX). Performance measurement using OMAX will enable a company to evaluate the performance of each functional or work unit and their contribution to the total performance of the pipeline project. <br /> <br /> Knowing total performance index and performance index of work units within the orgTnization of the project will make the project manager able to analyse the work units that have an unexpected performance and allow the company to do what has to be done in project planning for the next coming pipeline project.
