Summary:PT. Delta is Upstream Oil and Gas Company that conduct exploration, production and operation of Oil and Gas processing facilities in East Kalimantan. PT. Delta is registered as Gross Split Production Sharing Contract (GS PSC) in Indonesia. Each year, there are so many projects executed at PT. Delta and those projects consume resources of PT. Delta. Resources such as dedicated team, time and budget is allocated to each projects. In addition, there are several projects proposed by every team in PT. Delta and waiting to be executed. Considering bottom line RKAP budget constraint and limited resources, then a decisive, collaborative, and value-driven method in performing high-level screening is required to ensure proper prioritization that will deliver best outcome to the Company. The problem statement is “How to prioritize the most important project of the Company?” The importance output of this research is helping the Company how to prioritize projects with the most beneficial impact through certain business process. The research methodology of this final project is based on qualitative research to acquire Primary Data by conducting series of direct interview to selected persons. The interview will give idea, concern, motivation, value system and behavior from respondent perspective based on their past experience. The interview is performed with 3 (three) different clusters to get broad information and then the analysis can be done from different point of view. The clusters are Project Team, Operation Team and Decision Maker. The results among others are establishment Project Management Office (PMO), development online Digital System Information, improvement existing business process and establishment regular Cross Functional Team and project prioritization with management.
