Summary:PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is a company that has been established since 1746 is the oldest BUMN engaged in courier services, logistics, and financial services. The growth of e-commerce and government regulations on universal postal service has made the hyper-competition. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in 2013 formed a new business line in the property and hospitality sector named PT Pos Properti Indonesia with the primary objective of managing the assets owned by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) to provide added value to the company. But in reality, this subsidiary became a burden of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero)'s income. This research indicates that based on corporate-level strategy by using a directional strategy shows the position of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is in quadrant III with a retrenchment strategy. So, it is necessary to formulate the right strategy to overcome the company's internal problems by setting the company's strategic objectives and determining how to create value using DuPont analysis, which is measured using economic value-added and balanced scorecard. The purpose of this research is to propose a corporate strategy that is in line with the condition of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) by aligning corporate level-strategy with corporate performance management that aims to create value to achieve the company's vision and mission using economic value-added and balanced scorecards as a measurement tool to encourage and improve the performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using SWOT quantification, TOWS matrix, and hexagon restructuring framework, also this research uses a quantitative approach using economic value-added and balanced scorecard as a measurement tool to assess financial and non-financial value creation using secondary data about PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). This research provides a recommendation that PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) better focus on revamping its core business and release the status of the company PT Pos Properti Indonesia and be withdrawn to be part of the business that is managed directly by the parent company. To achieve the vision and mission and to improve company performance. This research can be used for future researchers to propose corporate-level strategies that can help create value to drive company performance improvement in other company case studies.
