However, successful implementation of corporate culture is also set out by its flexibility to keep in line with fast change in the environment.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> This research uses concept of corporate culture in PT X that fits with expected performance and the environment.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Strength of corporate culture is defined as intensity of impact of internalization content of corporate culture in employees\' behavior. Measurement of this strength of corporate culture is determined by evaluating employees\' Degree of Understanding of corporate culture and Degree of Internalization of corporate culture. <br /> Strength of corporate culture should be maintained and improved. Improving this culture can be achieved by identification of factors that influence its excellence. Most of researchers found that leadership is main factor of excellent corporate culture. Other significant factors are socializing and structure and system design.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> PT X is one of national flight company has simplified its corporate culture into five values and five working attitude. This research uses questionnaires as an instrument to measure the excellent corporate culture of the company. <br /> The result shows that strength of corporate culture of PT. Xis weak Internalization process to employees\' values is not going well. This could be understood because the company does not socialize its values seriously.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> On the other hand, employees have different perception to the company\'s stated corporate culture. Efforts in socializing, consistency and availability of proper supporting facilities have positive impact on culture in satisfied customer\'s need. Efforts in socializing and availability of proper supporting facilities have positive influence on improvement of innovation culture and teamwork culture. Finally, only availability of proper supporting facilities has positive impact on improvement of discipline.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Base on this research, the company should reevaluate the stated culture. Excellent corporate culture can be achieved by improving socializing process, consistency of implementation and availability of proper supporting facilities. For further research, a more general instrument is strongly recommended. With this instrument, scope of research can be enlarged to any company\'s corporate culture.
