Pressure on current global competitiveness will cause changes in business operations, both in general and in specific businesses, namely consulting services. The problems faced are varied both from technical and non-technical aspects, one of the problems that can occur is the inadequacy of sufficient human resources in the company. The right recruitment and selection can solve the above problems, because by doing the right recruitment process, the company will get the appropriate benefits and get the appropriate resources in accordance with the company's needs both for operations and in providing services to clients. Simple Multi Attribute Rating Analysis Tehnique (SMART) is used to produce choices in helping companies to make the right recruitment decision. This research is expected to give an alternative solution that can be applied by the company to solve the recruitment problem of the company, namely recruitment decision to recruit intern level to the senior level. The alternatives chosen are based on the aggregate results of each attribute like quality, employee sustainability, supportive work environment, availibility of time, ability to share and image of company. From the results of the aggregate assessment, the recommendations that can be given to companies is to conduct the recruitment for senior level and it is hoped that the company can immediately conduct recruitment to solve the problems faced. text
