Summary: | Abstract: Subang Regency has a population of 1,562,509 people. The drinking water supply system for the Subang Regency was welcomed by the Tirta Rangga PDAM, which has only been served with clean water for 274,300 inhabitants. Kalijati and Dawuan Sub-districts are areas with a low number of air services. Based on the Subang District Water Supply Management System (RISPAM) Master Plan (2014), the PDAM has developed a SPAM Improvement program in the Kalijati and Dawuan Districts with a 10-year planning period (2020-2030) that could increase service capacity to 80% previously 38%. The source of raw water from the IPA is the Cibodas river because it has sufficient and continuous discharge during the dry season. After analyzing the raw water quality, five air quality parameters were carried out based on the Minister of Health Regulation number 492 of 2010 which did not meet the quality standard standards, namely color, turbidity, iron, total coliform, and e. coli. By analyzing the parameters that need to be processed against SNI 7508: 2011 and the JICA prediction model (1990), the water treatment process is selected based on conventional which includes aeration, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection. Based on consideration of land requirements, operational and maintenance technical aspects, as well as economics, alternative units were selected using weighting methods approved by cascade aerators as aeration units, inline static mixers as coagulation units, baffle ducts as flocculation units, and settler rectangular tubing units as sedimentation units , fast sand filtering as a filtration unit, chlorine (Ca (OCl) 2) as a disinfectant chemical disinfection unit, and ground reservoir as a reservoir unit. Economically, the construction of the Kalijati New SPAM is eligible because it has to meet the requirements of NPV> 0 and BCR> 1. Estimated additional expenditure budget, so the NPV value is Rp. 100,273,174,281 while BCR value is 1.25.
