Summary:Textile company try to boost innovative work behavior (IWB) of their employee to keep up with the everchanging machinery’s technology and company competitive advantage. One of the factors that can boost employee’s IWB is knowledge sharing (KS) behavior. KS behavior very depends on the employee itself. This research’s purposes are exploring KS behavior relationship with employee’s innovative work behavior on middle management’s level as well as frontline employees. This research proposes research model based on Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) and theory planned behavior (TPB) that is composed of environmental factors (perceived social pressure), individual factors (knowledge self-efficacy, enjoyment in helping others, expected organizational rewards, reciprocal benefits, perceived behavioral control, dan psychological ownership of knowledge), KS attitude, KS intention, KS behavior and IWB. The desired result of this research is a better understanding of environmental and individual factors’ influence on knowledge sharing behavior of middle management and frontline employees. This research uses 604 data middle management and frontline employees on textile company is acquired from questionnaire surveys. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) that consist two stages of testing, measurement model test and structural model test. Multiple Indicator Multiple Causes (MIMIC) model used to test control varibel sociodemografi on KS attitude. This research shows that KS behavior can boost IWB employees and psychological ownership of knowledge is positively significant towards KS behavior. Education level and work experience is positively significant towards KS attitude employees.
