Summary:The increase in surface runoff at the ITB Ganesha Campus is due to changes in land use and increasing rainfall over years. The flood that occurred at the ITB Ganesha Campus resulted in students' academic and non-academic activities being disrupted. To reduce the flooding that occurs, long storage will be planned along Jalan 2 of the ITB Ganesha Campus This final assignement report will explain the planning of long storage at the ITB Ganesha Campus. Long storage planning process begins with a hydrological analysis to obtain the value of flood discharge based on rainfall data, land use data, and existing drainage schemes. The value of flood discharge is used to form a flood hydrograph. Next, modeling process will be carried out using HEC-HMS software to obtain the dimensions of long storage and spillway. Modeling is done to ensure long storage is able to reduce flood discharge, delay the time to peak discharge, and contain the water to prevent overflow and the flooding of surrounding area.
