Description
Summary:One of the principles of Industry 4.0 is the implementation of CPS (Cyber Physical System). CPS implementation is divided into five levels, namely the connection level, conversion level, cyber level, cognition level, and configuration level. Connection levels focus on sensors and wireless communication devices to monitor real conditions on production elements. The raw data obtained needs to be converted into useful information using data analysis on the implementation of the second level on the CPS, namely the conversion level. One of the information that can be generated from data analysis is the progress of completing product orders. Production unit which become case study object in this research manufactures AC for train. Currently the production unit already installed devices that can be used by operators to enter data at each work station. The purpose of this study is to determine the method of data analysis and create a system for monitoring the completion progress of product order. Progress is determined by comparing the scheduled total duration for all operations that have been carried out with the scheduled total duration for all operations. This study succeeded in determining the method of data analysis and creating monitoring system. The system successfully analyzes the raw data from the train AC production unit to become information in the form of progress in completing product orders and displays the results on the interface to the user.
