The therapeutical effectivity test was carried out by Frocher methods fifty patient were given a single dose of the generic tablet and another fifty patients the patent tablet. Result showed that the therapeutical effectivity and serum level of both tablets had no significant difference (P > 0,05). Bioavailability and pharmacokinetic profile of both types of tablet, tested on six healthy volunteers showed no significant difference (P > 0,05). text
