XL Axiata aimed to provide better products and services to answer this fast-changing demand in the market. To be able to do that, the company needs an integration in the organization, because with the new product innovation there are increasing issues in the operational and testing process. Also, some of the data and information in the product planning are still stored manually, hence it created redundancy. There is also a delayed timeline for the product release because of more complex products. In the end, all these issues affected the production system and the market. To solve this, author analysed the organization and business situation in the company, using Management of Technology and Innovation, completed by Business Process Integration. The observation is done through all the processes in the product innovation and management, covering the technical and non-technical part. The root cause that comes out from this is related to the scattered system in the operational activities, redundant work in the business process, and the fast-changing market demand that creates more complex products. The research provides solutions for a business integration in the whole product innovation and management process that affect the business. It covers all the process from the beginning that related to the research data, resources in the organization, then continued into process in product design and planning, down to the deployment process in technological part, until the product is released to the market. The implementation is to create new integrated system that connects all those old systems and processes. There is also some automation that included in the operational activities to make the business process more efficient. text
