Summary:Muslim Cendekia is a foundation that established several Education services, one of which was an Islamic Elementary School since 2006 in Tangerang. School participation in Tangerang is of high value, as is the development of school students from year to year in the region. However, Muslim Scholar Primary Schools have decreased in the number of their students. To find out the cause, the authors use business situation analysis using PEST, porter five forces, competitor analysis, business model canvas, STP, VRIO, marketing mix. Data collection methods include primary through questionnaires and interviews and secondary through news articles, websites, industry reports, journals, and books. After the data is collected, a SWOT analysis is used to develop the strategies needed to increase the number of student admissions in Muslim Scholars. This strategy is focused on establishing positioning to the target market and proposing a 7P marketing mix.
