To find out the cause, the authors use business situation analysis using PEST, porter five forces, competitor analysis, business model canvas, STP, VRIO, marketing mix. Data collection methods include primary through questionnaires and interviews and secondary through news articles, websites, industry reports, journals, and books. After the data is collected, a SWOT analysis is used to develop the strategies needed to increase the number of student admissions in Muslim Scholars. This strategy is focused on establishing positioning to the target market and proposing a 7P marketing mix. text
