Summary:<b>Abstrack</b><p align=\"justify\">PT. EPM as one of the national independent distributor, currently handles the sales and distribution of Ethical Product, OTC Product, Consumer Product, and Medical Instrument and Diagnostic. Due to the wide variety of products which are sold and distributed, there are several weaknesses which one possessed by the firm, especially at The Bandung Branch of PT. EPM, such as: <br /> 1. There are no the policy about services to the Government PBF. <br /> 2. The limitation of Branch Outhority. <br /> 3. How to improve the services quality. <p align=\"justify\"><br /> Qualitative analysis is done for internal and external factors, including the opportunities, threats, strength, and weakness of the firm. The approaching which is used is System Approach, included structural and functional aspects. Besides that we also use value chain approach, included Marketing & Sales aspects and Services. <p align=\"justify\"><br /> From the result that I\'ve done, there are a few things that should be improved by, specially for Bandung Branch, such as: <br /> ? The credit limit for Government PBF and repayment must be <br /> tightened. <br /> ? PT. EPM, Bandung Branch, should be given certain level of authority. <br /> ? Human resource training. <br /> By changing the above factors continuously, I hope the company can give the service improvement to the customers, employees, or to the principal.
