Construction of a 1, 375meter long breakwater was carried out on the IA stage. The breakwater is built to protect the harbor pool from large waves so that the loading and unloading process can run safely. In addition to breakwater, this final task also discusses the construction of the harbor at the IB stage. Good construction management should be prepared so that the development process can take place effectively. Then, volume estimation is done by studying the technique drawings. After that, the equipment’s productivity, labor productivity and some recurring activities are calculated. Estimated duration is obtained by multiplying the productivity by the volume of work. Then, a dependency relationship is created to calculate the total duration required for development. The time limitation of breakwater development and the IB pier is 2 years. At the end of this task, it is known that time needed to complete the construction process 656.18 days (1.8 years). The next step is the calculation of unit price analysis. Then, that unit price is multiplied by the volume of the work to get the total price of each work item. Once calculated, it is known that the total amount of costs required is Rp 1,010,342,933,396.05. The fee includes an overhead fee and 15% profit, contingency fee of 5%, and 10% tax charge. Lastly, the S curve for breakwater construction work and IB harbor can be made. text
