Description
Summary:<b>Abstract :</b><p align=\"justify\">By planning Allocation inspection stations in serial and nonserial multistage manufacturing system, the number of nonconform products in the market can be reduced. Then quality cost can be minimized. The reducing of a number of conconform products under warranty policy is subjected to minimize warranty cost. In this research, the warranty policy is Free Replacement Warranty with replacement and minimal repair case. <br /> <br /> The problem of allocation inspection stations in serial and nonserial multistage manufacturing system with its the policy warranty can be approached by simulated annealing algorithm Therefore its number and configuration of inspection stasions which will get the maximum profit is known. <br /> <br /> With Weibull distribution function, where the characteristics of conform product, F1(W==1) is 0.1241 and nonconform product, F2(W=1) is 0.4113 can be known number of replacement is 0.1271 and the maximum profit is 88.24 in serial multistage manufacturing system and number of station is one in stage one of six serial manufacturing stages. In nonserial multistage manufacturing system, number of replacement is 0.1270 will get the profit is 87.924, and 100.92 with number of minimal repair is 0.1326.
