Data analysis was analyzed through content analysis. The results of this analysis are external factors which are the strongest factors in the influence of students in running a business, for internal factors and education and learning factors, there are sub-indicators that do not affect their motivation in doing business. there are motivation of achievement in grades of course and also Development learning and training strategies sub indicator for training, because is still not needed at this time according to all of authors respondent Keywords: Food and Beverage Business, Motivation Student in doing Business, Motivation Factor text
