This research aims to impact of the problem toward PT. Telkom Indonesia revenue and the result towards company revenue, strategies or alternatives that PT. Telkom Indonesia should pick in order to face this problem, and gap between the strategy used. From data analyze and interviews, Telkom's revenue growth when compared to each year decreased significantly from 13.13% in 2016 to 1.18% in 2019. Telkom's source of revenue comes from Legacy, Connectivity, and Digital. For business development and innovation product Telkom create Creavity to Commerce (C2C) Startup Model as a standard framework for developing the creative industry. The stages of product innovation development carried out by PT Telkom include 5 stages, namely Creating, Choosing, Composing, Chanelling, and Commercing.
