Parking is one of important components in urban transportation system because the vehicles will not always move. The provision of parking space is most important and needs to be adjusted with parking demand in the building and in accordance with the policy or minimum standards. The standard provision of parking space used today is the standard issued by the Director General of Land Transportation in 1996, where the standard has not arranged the activities of the factory outlet type. This research aims to determine the needs of parking spaces such as factory outlet shopping centers based demand and supply. The methods of analysis used in this study are content analysis, descriptive analysis, and analysis of multiple linear regression. Based on the literature review, the factors that can affect the parking demand at the factory outlets are the total floor of the building, the number of visitors, and the number of workers. This research resulted in a model that can determine the needs of parking spaces in the factory outlets, which were obtained based on a linear regression analysis. The need of parking space at factory outlets are need to provide 12 SRP per 100 number of visitors.
