The results of this research indicate that several elements in vocational are still necessarily improved in order to make this program to decrease unemployment in Indonesia. Through the vocational program, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan prepares skills for laid-off workers in Indonesia. Intending to be implemented nationally, this pilot project is a new program to support the completeness of the implementation of the National Social Security System for employment in Indonesia, namely the unemployment benefit. For this reason, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan requires a good business model to be able to implement vocational programs effectively and efficiently for laid-off workers. |
