Many organizations including LPIK still deny how Industry 4.0 can influence businesses or struggle to find talent or knowledge to find out the best way to adopt it for their unique use cases. LPIK applies change and prepares a future where intelligent machines improve their business goals. One of them is the existence of mobile applications that can be used on Android or iOS, more effective, efficient, and they (tenant start-up LPIK) will be able to easily interact with industry/investors/buyers (users) in helping to create value (value co-creation). In this case, the entire research process uses a service science perspective. The methodology used is a quantitative survey for service quality (SERVQUAL) and qualitative for exploratory studies with in-depth interviews from key people, FGDs, and identification of failed points to strengthen the requirements of this thesis. There is also the use of service design/analysis blueprints created for product innovation features in LPIK's tenants’ startup and using design thinking to develop mobile applications in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship at LPIK ITB. This study found 3 main causes of problems, namely the failure of aspects of the process, people, and technology. Four improvement and development programs to improve IES LPIK ITB services are proposed according to their priorities, it has been reconfirmed to key people. Among them is the Mobile Application (IES Shop) along with the UI/UX features of the standalone service system for LPIK ITB and as a liaison between the Customers, Mentors, Industries, Investors, and Employees at LPIK involved (Proposed Prototype), Design Service Blueprint (Customer Oriented), Integrated People Development Program, and Digital Experience Development Program. text
